Actually, there are no symbolic for giving shoes or high heel or sandals, etc as a birthday gifts. But, its cool right? give someone a pair shoes on their birthday. And I'm sure when they wear they will always remember you. :)
Yeah, the most important thing, make sure you know their size and also their taste.
Make sure you know their favorite color too :) its actually can make them to keep longer wear it.
some example of high heels that you can buy for your girlfriends or your mom <3 not your daddy. :P
